Developed a cloud-based platform connecting students across disciplines to discover projects, form teams, and collaborate effectively. Implemented AI-powered skill matching, project recommendations, task management, and integrated collaboration tools to streamline interdisciplinary project development.
The underlying architecture and multi-role design was accepted for publication at IICTDS 2025 (EAI), recognising the research contribution in institutional software design.

RAG-based PDF Query System
A retrieval-augmented generation system that lets users ask natural-language questions against large PDF documents and get accurate, cited answers in seconds. Built on AWS Bedrock for LLM inference, with LangChain orchestrating the retrieval chain. Documents are chunked, embedded, and stored as vector representations in S3.
IAM roles enforce least-privilege access across every service boundary. Reduced average document query response time by 65% compared to a naive full-document prompt approach, while keeping hallucination rate near zero through grounded context injection.

KP Farm and Shops Management System
A real-time operations dashboard deployed across 2 active farm locations in Hyderabad. Before this system, coordination between farm sites and shops happened over phone calls and manual ledgers. The platform replaced that entirely - managers now get live stock levels, worker attendance, delivery dispatches, and financial summaries in a single multi-language interface (English and Telugu supported).
Firebase FCM powers instant alerts when stock crosses thresholds or deliveries are marked complete. Operational efficiency across the 3 sites improved by 97% - measured in hours saved on manual reconciliation per week.

RamaLingeshwara - Inventory and Delivery Tracking
End-to-end inventory and delivery management platform built for a business running across 2 locations. Tracks SKU-level stock, manages inbound and outbound orders, and logs every delivery event with timestamp and handler metadata. The system replaced a spreadsheet-and-verbal-confirmation workflow that was causing daily reconciliation errors and lost-order incidents.
Real-time Firebase sync means both location managers see the same inventory state simultaneously. Sales process efficiency improved by 70%, and human reconciliation errors dropped to near zero within the first month of deployment.

Student Club and Event Management System
A multi-role event and club administration portal built for NMIMS. Covers the full lifecycle of a student event - proposal, faculty review, HOD clearance, admin approval, and execution - with every step tracked in real time. Before this system, event approvals relied on physical paperwork and email chains that took weeks. The portal collapsed that to under a day.
Three user roles (admin, faculty, student) each see a role-scoped dashboard with context-appropriate actions. Firestore security rules enforce access boundaries server-side - not just client-side - ensuring no user can read or write outside their permitted scope. Event approval turnaround dropped by 80%.
